Donation Refund Policy

We maintain caution and protection towards our donors' information who love to donate for our cause, both online and offline. In case of unlikely events like wrong payment or expecting a refund for a valid reason, then LMES foundation will get back to you within 12days after submitting the valid reason for the request of refund. In such case scenarios of inconvenience, write us to support [at] on requesting the reason for a refund within 48hrs of the transaction. The timely refund of the amount will be based on the debit/ credit card used on the time of payment.

The information of proof required for the request to refund the donation includes,

(1) Photocopy of the deducted transaction after the payment.

(2) Your ID proof and Aadhaar details for verification.

(3) In case the tax exemption certificate has been already issued, we would be unable to work on the donation refund process.

(4) If the transaction occurred due to some technical issues on our end, then LMES foundation will scrutinise the data and make our timely refund as well bear the cost for the same.

(5) International donors would take 15days for the refund.

1) Will I get a refund if I want to cancel the service/package purchased?

We are sorry, cancellations of our services / donations are non-refundable. Still on providing valid reasons we may process your refund. Kindly verify our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and cancellation policy to know in detail.

2) When will I receive a refund for the failed transaction?

The amount is refunded from our end within 24 hours and should reflect in your respective account within 4-5 working days. In case it is a nationalised bank, it may take a maximum of 10 working days. You may check with your bank once for the refund status. If you are unable to get any details on your refund status, please get in touch with us on (email)

3) My amount was charged, but I have not received the SMS/Email confirmation for the transaction I am charged for.

That sounds upsetting.

If the purchase of service is confirmed, you should be able to see it on the app/website, assess the content you paid for, as well as receive SMS/WhatsApp confirmation and Email. In case you cannot see the status for the transaction that you have done or receive confirmation, please contact us at support [at] We will help you with the exact status of your transaction.

Note: If you've faced an unsuccessful transaction while booking on our website/app, the amount charged gets refunded within 4-5 working days. It may take a bit longer (10 working days) for a nationalised bank. In case of a payment done using a mobile wallet the charged amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
