LMES Foundation has conducted science and STEM workshops at government schools, with a deep understanding of the positive impact these programs can have on underprivileged students. These workshops aim to ignite a passion for STEM by providing hands-on experiences and real-world applications.
Our workshops have been carefully designed to cultivate critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity among these young minds. We bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-life scenarios, enabling students to grasp scientific concepts more effectively and see their functional relevance.
The impact our workshops have created on students is truly remarkable and we have witnessed a surge in their enthusiasm and motivation, as they discover a newfound love for science and a deep appreciation for STEM subjects. Our workshops have opened their eyes to the vast array of exciting career opportunities in STEM fields, inspiring them to pursue further education and careers in these areas.
This Program has not only boosted the self-esteem of Government school students but has also positively impacted their schools, as they have started to contribute more actively to classroom discussions and demonstrate a greater interest in science-related subjects. The ripple effect of these workshops extends to benefiting their schools by nurturing a generation of scientifically literate and innovative individuals.
LMES Foundation sets this as a goal to set up STEM Labs named "அறிவியல் களம்" at Tamil Nadu Government schools and provides a minimum of 1000 underprivileged students with year-long training on STEM courses. For us to accomplish this goal, we need the support of our society's individuals. Also, Corporates can support this initiative through their CSR programs.
LMES Foundation strongly believes that together we can empower more underprivileged students with STEM education and 21st-century skills.
We'll post updates shortly
